How the Concierge Lab marketing website collects, uses, and protects basic contact and website information.

Last updated August 27, 2026 · Draft for review before public launch

01

Information we collect

This marketing website may collect your name, email address, state, organization, partnership type, consent record, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Do not submit health histories, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, or other medical information through public forms.

02

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide launch updates, evaluate partnership interest, prevent abuse, maintain site security, and improve the public experience. We do not sell personal information.

03

Analytics and tracking

The site includes first-party event hooks that record page paths and general interaction names without form values. No third-party analytics service is enabled by this codebase. Any future analytics provider must be reviewed for privacy, security, and healthcare-data implications before activation.

04

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, communicate with you, or protect the service, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

05

Retention and security

We retain contact information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Sensitive contact fields are encrypted in application storage, and access should be limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

06

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete marketing contact information, or opt out of launch communications, by emailing privacy@conciergelab.ai. Additional rights may apply based on your location.

07

Separate clinical platform

Authenticated health assessment, ordering, results, and clinical workflows will operate on a separate platform under their own privacy notices and consent terms. This marketing policy does not replace a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices issued by a covered healthcare provider.
