Do I choose every biomarker myself?
No. Your goals, history, clinical context, and selected program help the reviewing clinician determine the appropriate final order.
Does ConciergeAI diagnose or prescribe?
No. ConciergeAI may organize results, explain biomarkers, compare trends, and help prepare questions. Licensed clinicians remain responsible for medical interpretation and decisions.
Where are samples collected?
Standard patient service centers are used where available. Mobile blood draws may be available for an additional location-dependent fee.
Are program prices all-inclusive?
Public program prices are designed to be simple and include standard collection where available. State requirements, specialty services, or mobile collection may change the final price before purchase.
Do I need a membership?
No. Every launch health program can be purchased once. Memberships add longitudinal tracking, targeted retesting, member pricing, and expert support.

How often should I retest?
Retesting depends on the biomarker, your plan, and clinical guidance. Higher-tier memberships use targeted follow-up panels rather than automatically repeating every baseline marker.
Is this website a patient portal?
No. This public marketing website does not accept health histories, laboratory results, diagnoses, or medical questions. Those workflows belong in the separate authenticated platform.
